Strata guarantees the products will be free from significant defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery under normal use. Warranty-related services are FOB point of shipment, and Strata isn’t liable for unauthorized warranty work charges.

Restocking fee25% restocking fee
Once you accept our offer, the order is final. You can only cancel if we agree in writing, and you’ll need to pay a 25% restocking fee. If you find any issues with the products (like defects or not meeting specifications), let us know within 48 hours of receiving them. We might ask to inspect the products or approve them for return. If we find a defect, we’ll choose to either fix it, replace it or give you a full refund
